Hi,

I'm not an expert, but its looks that your car is Vaz 21013. If you want restore this car to original state, you should remove black moldings from sides, return original steering wheel and seats. And front grill was in chrome, not in black! If I`m wrong with info somewhere, somebody will correct me.

You are wrong. This is export model and all features you mentioned are original, even a steering wheel. :brauc:

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for being absent for such a long time and not answering you, i was in France for work.
Now back to Latvia, i could give you more often news about the update on the car.

I couldn't find back the password of my last profile so i created this one.

Thanks wipers for the picture of the car, now i see better how should be the final result :)
actually i love the colour of the car on the pic!! i will maybe think about it ;)

I Worked a bit on the car, as you can see on the following picture.
I changed the ignition coil, starter, candles (the former candles were not all the same sizes :o ) , the water pump, the break fluid container, the coolant container
i removed a battery master switch wich was apparently bad installed.
I will change the radiator too, when i tried to remove it, i wanted to get it empty and the drain plug simply broke off....
Now i am gonna try to change the timing belt and the drive belt. :)

the car was breaking very badly that i removed one front brake to check, loot at the picture, its like i was at the maximum of the usury of the break pad :) i will change them and the discs at the end.

Why do you have a twin washer bottle? Does your car have front headlight washers?

labdien!!

Ogre no i don't have front headlight washer, for the twin washer bottle, i just get the car with it and i leave it :)
i just finished to reset all the pieces after changing the timing belt and the car.... doesnt start :(
the battery is new, the candles too, ignition coil too... its a mistery for me for now.
i can hear the starter perfectly, no problem for that but the engine doesnt start.
If you have any suggestions, let me know please :)
next step (when the car will start of course) will be the painting :)
